To make cauliflower potato salad

Start by chopping cauliflower florets into bite size pieces for 'potato' salad

Add cauliflower florets to a steamer pot and cook until fork tender for salad. Drain and cool.

While cauliflower is cooking whisk the salad dressing ingredients in a large mixing bowl

To the salad bowl add the chopped veggies and cauliflower to the dressing

Toss all the ingredients for cauliflower potato salad together until mixed. Season with salt and pepper
