How to make  Vegan Chicken Noodle Soup

Use Saute mode on the Instant Pot to cook the onions, carrots, and celery until soft.

Add the vegan chicken pieces, noodles, vegan chicken broth, and spice mixture. Give everything a good stir.

Seal the lid in place and set the valve to sealing. Pressure cook on high until the soup is hot and the noodles are tender.
