Overnight Vegan Pizza Dough 


This Overnight Vegan Pizza Dough puffs beautifully and tastes deliciously crispy and chewy. Thanks to the overnight method, the crust is even tastier than your favorite pizza delivery! .

Stir the water, yeast, and sugar together in a bowl and let it proof.

To make the pizza dough 

Mix the dough on low speed in a mixer until everything is incorporated.

Knead the dough until it is smooth and springy.

Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic, and let rise to double in size. 

Knead the dough again, (fold the dough) and then cut into two or three smaller balls of dough.

Place the balls in an oiled bowl and allow to refrigerate for up to three days. 

Decorate your dough with your favorite pizza toppings and cook to enjoy!
