Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes


Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe with a tasty Chocolate Peanut Butter Filling much like Nutella, and an easy chocolate frosting. These are moist and delicious. I’m in cupcake heaven!

How to make  Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes

Add the cocoa, peanut butter, icing sugar and plant milk to a medium bowl and whisk until smooth, then set aside.

Combine all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the centre of the bowl and add the wet ingredients. Whisk until smooth.

Start with approximately 1 tablespoon of batter in each cupcake liner followed by the chocolate peanut butter filling and then top them off with the rest of the batter.

Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes at 350°. Let the cupcakes cool, completely and ice with the chocolate glaze. Yum!
