This Vegan Coleslaw recipe is quick & easy to make with classic ingredients. A delicious and healthy vegan slaw full of crunchy cabbage, apples and the best creamy, tangy dressing. Perfect side salad for your next Bbq or potluck! Gluten free.

Thinly slice the green and red cabbage, grate your carrots and chop your parsley, green onions and apple and add them to a large bowl.

Mix in the salad dressing (and seeds if using) and serve! Will keep in the fridge for 3-5 days.
