Best Vegan Pumpkin Cupcakes


Delicious and Easy Pumpkin Cupcakes that are Vegan! These cupcakes are Moist, fluffy, perfectly spiced and topped with a creamy pumpkin spice frosting. Eggless and dairy free!

To make vegan pumpkin cupcakes

Preheat oven 350° Start by mixing wet ingredients in one large mixing bowl and dry ingredients in a smaller  bowl

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until smooth and you have pumpkin cupcake batter!

Pour pumpkin cupcake batter evenly into lined muffin cups- TIP: spray liners with cooking oil spray for easy removal of cupcakes!

Bake pumpkin cupcakes until toothpick comes out clean

Remove pumpkin cupcakes to cooling rack to cool completely

Frost cupcakes with pumpkin spice icing. Top with chopped pecans and ENJOY!!
