Chocolate Coconut Date Balls


Healthy, easy and decadent these No Bake Chocolate Coconut Date Balls have only 7 ingredients and take 15 minutes to make! Vegan, gluten free, with no refined sugar!

How to make  Chocolate Coconut Date Balls

Place the dates in a small bowl and cover with boiling water. While dates are softening, add the walnuts and cashews to your food processor. Process until they are completely broken down.

Drain the dates well and add them next. Process until everything is completely mixed.Add the rest of ingredients: coconut, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt. Process.

Add the chocolate mixture to a bowl. Roll into approximately 1 inch balls. If the mixture seems oily that is normal it is just the nut oils coming out. Makes 18 balls.

Roll the chocolate balls in coconut. Cover and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes so they firm up. Enjoy!
