This easy Curried Chickpea Salad Wrap is ready to eat in just 15 minutes. The chickpea and vegetable filling is dressed in a curry dressing, packing this simple meal prep option with plenty of warm and vibrant flavors.

How to make  Curried Chickpea Salad 

Place the rinsed chickpeas in a bowl and mash. Stir the onion, pickled peppers, celery, apple, nuts, cilantro, and cranberries in with the chickpeas.

Whisk the mayo, chutney, curry powder, lemon juice, and brine together in a bowl.
