BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER TACOS

A twist on a classic - buffalo cauliflower tacos are a perfect way to liven up dinnertime. 

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:  – Chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper – Cauliflower florets – Olive oil –Buffalo sauce – Tortillas – Lettuce – Green onions  – Vegan ranch dressing

STEP 1: 

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.  Then, add them to the bowl with olive oil, the spices, and half of the buffalo sauce. 

STEP 2: 

Roast the cauliflower as directed until tender.  Then, before assembling tacos, add the remaining buffalo sauce and stir to combine.

STEP 3: 

Assemble the tacos with a steamed tortilla, some of the cauliflower, avocado, green onions, and a drizzle of ranch. 

These are a perfect fast and easy plant-based meal that everyone enjoys.  Serve to friends and family with a variety of toppings.
