VEGAN "CHICKEN" BOUILLON

Make your own flavored broth using this simple mix of spices and herbs.  A great vegan substitute.

INGREDIENTS:  – Nutritional yeast – Garlic powder – Dried basil, oregano, and rosemary – Onion powder – Dried minced onion – Salt – Black pepper – Dried parsley

STEP 1: 

Measure and combine the nutritional yeast, garlic, basil, oregano, rosemary, onion, salt, pepper, and parsley into a bowl and whisk together. 

STEP 2: 

Pour the mixture into a grinder and pulse until everything is combined and ground into a fine consistency. 

When using this mixture, 1 tablespoon per 1 cup water creates a richly flavored broth.  Feel free to adjust more or less to taste.
