Salted Caramel Pecan Shortbread


These Salted Caramel & Pecan Vegan Shortbread Bars are to die for ! Perfect vegan shortbread cookie crust topped with the most amazing salted caramel & toasted pecans, and sliced into perfect little bars of holiday happiness.

How to make  Caramel Pecan Bars 

Start by making the vegan shortbread and cooking it in the oven until it is lightly brown. Add the chopped pecans to a frying pan and toast. 

Make the salted caramel sauce and add the toasted pecans. 

Spread mixture evenly on shortbread crust , let cool to room temp and then put in the fridge to set  and hour or so. Enjoy!
