Loaded with your favorite veggies and s secret ingredient, this creamy soup is sure to be a hit!

This soup has a lot of ingredients, but it's all about the vegetables and some basic pantry ingredients. An easy and tasty dish everyone enjoys!

STEP 1: 

Once your vegetables are prepped, you will begin by cooking the onion, celery, and carrots for about 7 minutes, until tender. 

STEP 2: 

Add vegan butter and stir to melt, then sprinkle with flour and stir to coat.  This will help to thicken the soup after the broth is added. 

STEP 3: 

Now, stir in 1 cup of broth to incorporate the flour, and then add the remaining broth and tomatoes.  Stir then let this simmer for 30 minutes.

STEP 4: 

Lastly, stir in the drained beans and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes to heat through.  Taste and add seasonings if needed before serving. 

Mix and match your favorite vegetables in this soup for a delicious meal everyone enjoys.  Serve with crusty bread for dipping and fresh herbs on top!
