VEGAN CHOCOLATE PUDDING

Ripe avocados make the perfect richness for a simple dessert! Sweeten to your taste.

INGREDIENTS FOR  VEGAN PUDDING: – Coconut milk – Agave syrup – Brown sugar – Avocado – Dark cocoa powder – Salt

STEP 1: 

Scoop ripe avocado out and into a blender and add the agave syrup, coconut milk, brown sugar, salt, and cocoa powder. 

STEP 2: 

Pulse the mixture until a smooth and creamy pudding is made.  Taste, and add more cocoa powder or sugar as desired to taste. 

Refrigerate the pudding until ready to serve.  Spoon or pipe into bowls and top with vegan chocolate chips and coconut whipped cream.
