PEANUT BUTTER OAT SMOOTHIE

A fast and easy breakfast or snack, this oat smoothie is ready in under 5 minutes! 

– 1 cup almond milk – 1/2 cup rolled oats – 2/3 cup water – 2 tablespoons agave syrup – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter

STEP 1: 

Pour all of the ingredients into a high speed blender and pulse on high for 1 minute, or until smooth.  Taste and add sweetener if needed.

STEP 2: 

Once smooth, to taste, pour into glasses and sprinkle the top with cinnamon.  Add a slice of banana as a garnish if desired.

You can use any non-dairy milk or nut butter that you prefer in this recipe to make it fit your preferences and dietary needs.
