OIL FREE PASTA SALAD

This tasty pasta salad has a rich and creamy hemp dressing with fresh herbs you will love.

Ingredients Needed:  – Cherry tomatoes – Chickpeas – Celery – Fresh dill – Pasta – Water – Garlic powder – Lemon juice – Hemp seeds – Dried dill

STEP 1: 

Begin by cooking the pasta according to the package directions , rinse, then drain and set aside. 

STEP 2: 

While the pasta cooks, prepare the vegetables by chopping the herbs, slicing the tomatoes, and rinsing and draining the chickpeas.  

STEP 3: 

Combine the ingredients for the hemp dressing in a food processor and pulse until creamy and combined.  This will not be smooth but will have texture.

STEP 4: 

Combine the vegetables, chickpeas, and pasta in a large bowl then top with the dressing.  Toss together to coat everything well before serving. 

This tasty pasta salad is packed with bright flavor, textures, nutrients, and protein.  A perfect choice for a side dish or a plant based meal.
