Enjoy a rich and creamy alfredo sauce made with 100% vegan ingredients!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:  – Olive oil or vegan butter – Cauliflower – Fresh garlic – Salt – Non-dairy milk – Nutritional yeast – Fresh parsley – Pasta

STEP 1: 

Add the cauliflower to a large pot of boiling water.  Let cook until tender, then drain and set aside. 

STEP 2: 

Cook the pasta as directed.  Drain but reserve 1 cup of pasta water.  Set this aside until ready to serve. 

STEP 3: 

Add the cauliflower, seasonings, nutritional yeast, and pasta water to a blender and pulse until smooth. 

STEP 4: 

Pour the sauce into the stockpot with the cooked pasta and let simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, until heated through.

Serve your pasta with fresh cracked black pepper and a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top!  This is good for up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
