APPLE PIE BREAD

A delicious breakfast bread or snack, this apple bread is vegan and packed with flavor.

To make this recipe you will need:  – Flour – Almond milk – Applesauce – Maple syrup – Vegan butter – Baking soda – Salt – Vanilla extract – Baking powder – Apple pie spice – Apples

STEP 1: 

Start by creaming the butter, then adding in the applesauce, vanilla, and maple syrup.  Mix in the dry ingredients and milk until a thick batter forms.

STEP 2: 

Fold in the chopped apples just until the mixture is combined.  Then pour into a prepared loaf pan and bake as directed. 

STEP 3: 

Let the apple pie bread rest for at least 30 minutes before slicing to serve.  Add a bit of coconut cream, additional maple syrup, or powdered sugar over the top.

This rich fruit bread is a perfect snack, but also works wonderfully at breakfast, or even as a dessert. Adjust the spice level to your preferences.
