EASY VEGAN COFFEE CAKE

A simple fluffy cake with a delicious brown sugar cinnamon crumble topping you will love!

Making a vegan coffee cake is super easy with a few ingredients you already have on hand.  Nothing fancy or extra is needed since this uses apple puree and almond milk to stay plant based!

STEP 1: 

Start by lining a baking dish with parchment paper then set it aside.  Then, in a bowl, you will whisk together the dry ingredients.  Set this aside. 

STEP 2:

Then, you will whisk the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl, before combining with the dry ingredients.  You want a smooth batter. 

STEP 3:

Pour the batter into the pan, then make a simple cinnamon brown sugar crumble to pour over the top. 

STEP 4:

Sprinkle the crumble over the batter, then bake as directed.  Let it cool for 10 minutes before removing to slice into servings.

This flavorful and moist coffee cake is perfect to serve alongside your favorite coffee or tea for a quick morning snack!
