This quick and easy Thai inspired Peanut Sauce is the BEST you’ll ever taste! Perfect dip for fresh or fried spring rolls, veggie bowls, salads, noodles, stir fry and more! You’ll want it drizzled on everything! So GOOD! Gluten free

For peanut sauce:
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup full fat canned coconut milk
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons Tamari
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons pure sesame oil
- 4 teaspoons rice vinegar, unseasoned
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger (grated and finely chopped)
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1-2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce (optional for little heat- really tasty)
Optional add ins:
- 1-2 teaspoons hoisin (yummy if you have it)*
- squeeze of lime juice
- chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Mix all peanut sauce ingredients in a bowl. Enjoy! Serve room temperature or chilled, that's it!! For extra freshness and zing add a wee drizzle of hoisin, squeeze of lime juice and chopped cilantro. For photos, tips, FAQ, serving suggestions see above post.
Notes
- To store: will keep covered in the fridge for up to a week
- this recipe is easily doubled
- If using sweetened peanut butter you may want to use less sugar
- Peanut sauce could be thicker depending on what peanut butter you use so adjust with a little more coconut milk if needed and it will also firm up in fridge so let come to room temp if you like or serve chilled.
