Description

Drizzle this 5 Minute Savory Tahini Dressing over your salads, grain bowls, vegetables, and Buddha bowls for layers of flavor! Made with minimal oil and a handful of savory ingredients, this dressing is a step above any other tahini dressing you’ve tried.

Ingredients

Scale

For tahini dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste)
  • 2 tablespoons tamari

  • 2 tablespoons any neutral oil

  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

  • 2 and 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup

  • 1 small clove of garlic

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your nutribullet or blender. Blend until smooth, creamy and emulsified. Just takes a minute. (It will thicken a little in the fridge as it cools).
  2. Enjoy it on everything, salads, buddha bowls, roasted veggies, tofu, etc,…

Notes

  • To store: Stays fresh for up to 2 weeks in the fridge. Just store it in an airtight container or jar with a lid and you’re good to go!
