Description
Vegan Tofu Mayonnaise is a smooth and versatile condiment you can keep in your fridge at all times. It’s made with simple ingredients, no nuts, and is even easy to make oil free!
Ingredients
- 8 oz firm silken tofu (about a cup) I use 2/3 package of Mori-Nu Silken firm tofu

3 tablespoons any neutral tasting oil (see notes for oil free*)

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon table salt

1/4 teaspoon white sugar or sweetener of choice (optional)

1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a small personal blender (I use my nutribullet- with the criss cross blade) until smooth and creamy Takes about a minute.

Adjust any seasonings to suit your taste buds. Enjoy! Keeps up to a week in the fridge.
Notes
For oil free vegan mayonnaise: use the whole package of silken tofu (12 oz) and omit the oil - that’s it. Super simple!
