Vegan Tofu Mayonnaise is a smooth and versatile condiment you can keep in your fridge at all times. It’s made with simple ingredients, no nuts, and is even easy to make oil free!

  • 8 oz firm silken tofu (about a cup) I use 2/3 package of  Mori-Nu Silken firm tofu
  • 3 tablespoons any neutral tasting oil (see notes for oil free*)

  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon table salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon white sugar or sweetener of choice (optional)

  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt

  1. Adjust any seasonings to suit your taste buds. Enjoy! Keeps up to a week in the fridge.

For oil free vegan mayonnaise: use the whole package of silken tofu (12 oz) and omit the oil - that’s it. Super simple!
