Ok lets get to it!
HOW TO MAKE BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER WINGS:
First wash and core the cauliflower. Then you’ll need to pull apart some of the florets and chop some as well. You want bite size pieces. Roughly the size of a golf ball or a little smaller.
In a large bowl whisk the batter ingredients till smooth and add the cauliflower pieces and mix well, so all the pieces are completely coated in the batter.
Next place the pieces one by one on a large parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 425° for 25 minutes. No flipping necessary.
While they’re baking, mix up the hot sauce ingredients, setting aside ⅓ cup of sauce for dipping.
After 25 minutes remove from the oven and add the cauliflower to a large mixing bowl. Pour the hot sauce over the cauliflower and mix until all the pieces are coated
Return to the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. While they are crisping in the oven mix 1 tablespoon of maple syrup into the reserved hot sauce.
Serve with reserved Buffalo hot sauce and my 5 Minute Vegan Ranch Dressing!? For full recipe ingredients and instructions see recipe card below.
Left overs will keep in the fridge for 3-5 days.
To reheat bake at 450° for 15 minutes.

- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- pinch of pepper

Love these Cauliflower Buffalo wings so much I even grew cauliflower in my garden this year, just for these. I like to double the batter to make a really thick crust. Excellent with Verna"s Ranch Dressing recipe!!!!!!

Ermygawd, my only regret is that I didn’t make these sooner. The ranch dressing is TDF…definitely company worthy.
